This is why we have guns in the US. To rise up against tyranny. As an expat, DO NOT follow what the US is doing…you are not well armed and are defenseless. Everything BLM is just politics, the Left’s/Democrat’s army trying to obtain power. They don’t care about blacks or immigrants. The cops would have tracked her if she used her mobile phone to access Facebook. Invasion of privacy and stifling freedom of expression. There is a trend here in Australia; whatever the 5 eyes want to evoke it starts in NZ then Victoria takes it on and depending upon public response the other states and territories follow. Classical example is the 0.05 alcohol content in driving; Victoria was 0.05 and NSW, Qld was 0.08 and it is now 0.05 Australia wide.
