I love how he adds “which is not right”, at the end. I agree Tedros, if some countries are “using boosters to kill children” that is indeed “not right”. I would go as far as to say killing children is ‘very not right’.
Tedros, would it be possible for you to come forward and name the specific countries that are doing this? And why not?

The laughable Snopes moved quickly to “debunk” this news, telling us that, contrary to what anyone can hear in the video, Tedros did not actually say what he said. Snopes even helpfully provides some Twitter commentary “explaining” that Tedros tripped over the syllable ‘ch’ for “children” and pronounced it ‘k’.
Tedros’ words, howeverr, are not the first such slip. Last year, GAVI scientist Prof. Sir John Bell assured Channel 4’s Jon Snow that the forthcoming vaccines were unlikely to “completely sterilise the population.”
