US Told India, UAE Neutrality Meant They Were in Russia’s Camp

US diplomats were instructed to inform their Indian and UAE counterparts that their position of neutrality on Ukraine put them in ‘Russia’s camp’, according to a report on Axios. The instruction was via a strongly-worded diplomatic cable, which has been recalled.
Rated sensitive but unclassified, the cable suggested that the US diplomats persuade India and the UAE to change their positions on Ukraine, the Axios reported.

The cable mentioned draft points for the United States to refer to for conversations with its Indian and UAE counterparts. According to the report, one of the talking points in the cable said, “Continuing to call for dialogue, as you have been doing in the Security Council, is not a stance of neutrality; it places you in Russia’s camp, the aggressor in this conflict”.

“We strongly encourage you to take the opportunity to support Ukraine in the Human Rights Council, an opportunity you failed to seize in the United Nations Security Council (UNSC),” it mentioned further.

Both India and UAE are big partners of the United States. While India is a key ally in US efforts to counteract an increasingly assertive China, the UAE is an active Persian Gulf player as well as an oil provider.

India on Wednesday abstained from voting against Russia at United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) at the 11th emergency special session and fourth plenary meeting on the ongoing Russian military operation in Ukraine. However, the UAE supported the UNGA resolution.

Justifying India’s stand at UNGA, foreign secretary Harsh Vardhan Shringla said that it was based on ‘certain careful considerations’ and taken ‘in the best interests’ of the country.
Last week, both India and the UAE along with China abstained on a US-sponsored Security Council resolution that condemned Moscow’s ‘aggression’.

Neutral Swiss Join EU Sanctions Against Russia in Break With Past

Switzerland will adopt all the sanctions that the European Union has imposed on Russian people and companies and freeze their assets to punish the invasion of Ukraine, the government said in a sharp deviation from the country’s traditional neutrality.

“We are in an extraordinary situation where extraordinary measures could be decided,” President and Foreign Minister Ignazio Cassis told a news conference in Bern on Monday, flanked by the finance, defence and justice ministers.

Only history would tell if such a move could happen again, he said. Swiss neutrality remained intact but “of course we stand on the side of Western values,” he added. [Which is why the sanctioned the US when it invaded Iraq. Oh wait.]

Switzerland also adopted financial sanctions against Russian President Vladimir Putin, Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin and Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, effective immediately, and closed its airspace to most Russian aircraft.

Switzerland has steered clear of imposing sanctions in a string of crises, including when Russia annexed Crimea in 2014. Up to now, the exception has been sanctions imposed by the U.N. Security Council, which it has to implement under international law.

    Alexander Dugin said it best:

“Four billion of the world’s seven billion population refrained from denouncing Russia (China, India, Pakistan, Iran…) Add Russia-Eurasia and a few outposts in the Arab world, Africa and Latin America and we will get not the isolation of Russia, but a multipolar world. Another world order.”

India is clearly and openly in the camp of Russia, and is opposed to Ukraine. India has the same megalomaniac attitude as Russia. India occupies and holds Kashmir as Russia wants to occupy and hold Ukraine. If it was upto India, everything in sight would be Hindustan.

I think that unless you look back, you cannot really understand where we are being (involuntarily) taken.. moving forward.

We have surrendered US foreign policy to a group of individuals who have racked up MILLIONS of deaths and casualties across the planet, and have indicated, no less, that it was “worth it”.

When Robert Kagan writes “Toward a Neo-Reaganite Foreign Policy,”

“The aspiration to benevolent hegemony might strike some as morally suspect. But a hegemon is nothing more or less than a leader with preponderant influence and authority over all others in its domain.”

(My note – ‘benevolent hegemony’ – ie; ‘at the whim of the all-powerful hegemon’ was well established as a conceptual oxymoron during the Covid lockdowns and co-ordinated persecution of those refusing a dangerous bio-goo injection)

Kagan then tries to reframe this admission, warning –

“those who are, in fact, hostile to American power and suspicious of American influence; those on both left and
right, who still cling to a myth about America at the Founding.”

“As the United States moved through the 19th century and into to the 20th, it became less imperialist, not more imperialist. Here the key event seems to be the Civil War, which had as a foreign policy consequence the turning away from the imperialist idea.”
American As Global Hegemon | The National Interest

None of what Kagan is writing makes any literal sense, in that Hegemon’s are seldom if ever ‘benevolent’, by nature, to those who refuse their control (see ”safe/effective” Covid policy), and in his attempt to clean up this utter nonsense, he wanders into a suggestion that the US Civil war causes the USA to ‘turn away’ from Imperialism (as one nation violently conquers and strips even the most basic civil rights from the civilians of the nation that it targets and invades).

In other words, this is all essentially nonsense blather – little more than ‘word salad’ propaganda., This mans’ wife is the party who presided over the events in Ukraine, as the state was overthrown, and constant deliberate provocations of Russia were undertaken.

These NeoLib and NeoCon foreign policy instigators are a far greater and more deliberate threat to the general US population than any foreign entity that they allegedly seek to ‘democratize’, By giving them control over state foreign policy, it has resulted in a true bloodbath – across the better part of seven decades – for those who they seek to control, undermine or target.

The one central pillar of this ideology is to attain global control over the worlds population, and the back-channel effort to punish India for failing to bend its knee is par for this well-worn course.

The central facet of this current conflict entirely traces back to the machinations of the Neo-foreign policy actors, which has gone almost entirely uncovered in mass media, although this factor alone is central to this endless bloodshed, intervention, and betrayal.
