Hm, What Does It Look Like?
I seem unable to put my finger on it. China moved her strategic intercontinental deterrent close to Russia’s borders, under the umbrella of Russia’s own Missile Attack Early warning System (SPRN), while Russia helps China build her own. China constantly trains with Russian Armed Forces, including massive military exercise such as Vostok-2018. Now, China just confirmed her participation in the Caucuses (Kavkaz) 2020 Strategic Command-Staff exercises (in Russian). That looks awfully like a serious strategic military alliance, if one asks me. Altogether, nine foreign countries will take part in this exercise. India and Azerbaijan have declined, while Russia’s General Staff will conduct exercises far from Western borders, not to worry “neighbors” too much. You know, aggressive Russkies, bunch of Ivans just dreaming to invade Baltic shit… I mean highly developed EU nations (wink, wink). So, you get my drift.
So, expect a lot of shit to be blown up, many missiles, aircraft, tanks, helos–the works. I guess, that will provide, yet again, a good number of excellent visuals and, as you know, nowadays those visuals play a huge propaganda and even deterrent role. Chinese, obviously, like these exercises very much. Who wouldn’t.

As alliances go, it is pretty miniscule compared to the NATO surround.
NATO is of no consequence because NATO members are not organized, far too diverse, poorly trained, and led, but most of all they have no will or reason to fight Russia/China. If this gets nasty NATO will tell the U$ to fight it’s own wars.

The USA is 100% responsible for that alliance to begin with. When evil shows its ugly head, others will always rise up to fight back. The Kings of terrorism, the US of A, has been and will continue to show just how evil it truly is until it will fall into nothingness. Every war since WW2 where the US was implicated, started with lies…complete fabrications to spill blood, and steal resources. The western media is 100% complicit by pushing US lies and propaganda while forgetting what journalism is all about. Now, the US and the western media are in a decline as a majority of citizens refuses to be played. Those same media are so dishonest that they are now removing comments from their articles as people were pointing at their lies. When most media removed comments within months, it’s not coincidences but manipulation. The same goes for social media as they erase everything that goes against what some say or promote. Low-lives took over governments and the media and it will get worse before it gets better. As they lose ground, they needed to step-up their efforts to control the population hence Covid-19.
You always need to follow the money no matter if it’s war or this Covid thing. Who gains from it? That’s all you need to know to point fingers in the right directions. For Covid, the name that constantly comes up is Bill Gates.

Well done China and Russia so much for BRICS eh? what good was the group? they needed a NATO style group to counter the Evil Empire-USA and its lap-dog poodles. The 200 year old uncouth, war mongering has-been USA just cant stand to see mighty China overtake them in every way, joining with Russia is real smart… VAST raw materials, VAST lands, etc. Hope they don’t fall for the Divide-and=Rule con? Many many nations would love to join an anti-evil empire group… many.
So much for Brazil, India and South Africa playing a pivotal role in BRICS, it’s more just a Russia and China alliance now as the other countries are not reliable partners.
It is largely dependent upon which empire one considers to be evil.
