FSB Is Failing the Russian Army, State and Escalation. Big Time.

Escalation not off to an amazing start

Imagine deploying a giant and killer military for war but then your worthless and overpaid spooks can’t conjure up a pretext worth a damn.

They blew up a car of a police official, in what was already a transparent false-flag, but being extra cheap they didn’t even use his real car:

Then they claim to have neutralized a Ukrainian infiltration commando, but instead of being able to show the body or dog tags they have “his GoPro video” that has him shooting tracer rounds.

Packing a camera to a mission behind enemy lines, and drawing added attention to your position with shiny bullets:

Worst of all, the Donbass evacuation they cooked up is extraordinarily counter-productive and actively harms their case. Just 1% of the 3.7 million total population have evacuated so far, and that is if you buy the dodgy official numbers.

Local residents told Readovka that those who survived 2014 are not going to urgently evacuate – the citizens are ready for war, but they hope that everything will end soon. Life in Donetsk goes on – public transport runs around the city, people go about their business.

“I don’t plan to leave. Scary! We have been afraid for 8 years already, but what to do… where to go,” a local resident told Readovka.

The disinterest of the populace in becoming a refugee prop in Russia goes directly against their narrative of Donbass being under extraordinary threat or stress at this moment.

But hey, they were able to draw attention to this hole in the ground, so that’s something!:

But I doubt “Remember the dirt road!” will be much of a battle cry.

The best that can be said of their efforts so far is that at least — unlike the Maidanites — they haven’t killed anyone yet for their stunts.

Russia has a system where multiple covert services compete in delivering results utilizing different approaches, but on this evidence, they need to be binned and their personnel released into productive jobs like road sweeping and dishwashing.

At this point, an honesty approach seems like it would advance Moscow’s agenda far better. Why not just state the ideological and strategic case for the escalation, and stop with these intelligence-insulting stunts?

This is the problem with these kind of violence-utilizing enterprises. Ridding Malorussia of WW2 revisionism and bringing it back into the fold sounds good in theory, but what is the execution going to be like? It is likely to entail many, many things we do not want to see. And much more serious and more sad things than an innocent UAZ being blown up.

The Russian military is a very potent one, but doesn’t have a way to do what it does and not inflict civilian (aka innocent) casualties.

What in the world leads you to believe the FSB is behind this? Do you have any supporting evidence? Isn’t it just as plausible, actually even more probable, that CIA assets are doing these half-assed operations in an attempt to generate a false flag, hoping that Russia will be provoked to do something stupid?

You haven’t yet grasped the idea that western governments, including their subsidiary operations, are now woke theocracies, and as such they no longer make decisions based on objective truth, logic, facts, or reality. Instead they interpret the world through their favorite narratives. Those narratives represent the moral values of a secular religion. They are holy, and cannot be discarded or questioned by anyone, for fear of being cast out of the collective into the outer darkness.

Certainly the CIA is overrun with people who believe such nonsense. The results are predictable, a lot of clumsy, incomprehensible doubling-down to further the Russia-boogeyman narrative.

Sorry, dude, but this article is pure trash. It should well be published on the NATO or Pentagon website. Such garbage does not serve the right to freedom of the peoples of Eastern Ukraine, it only benefits the fascists and imperialists of this Western world.

    1. Dr Ignacy Nowopolski says

only benefits the fascists and imperialists of this Western world”

What a nice statement, it did not change since 1920, although color on Kremlin flag has changed.

Of course, the West is criminal to its very core, but so is Kremlin! Not, not the Russians!

      So prikrati this demagogy, dude!

“….it only benefits the fascists and imperialists of this Western world.”

Ah! At last people realise what I have been saying about Marjanovic for months now!

      1. TZVI says

All too well 🙁 He could at least try some balance, the possibility of a false flag by either side should be an excuse to attack and blame the victim.

  3. kombijakov says

So CNN took over this site?

    1. Ragheadthefiendlyterrorist says

No, Marjanovic is merely dropping the pretence that he is anything but a propagandist for the imperialists whose purpose is to sabotage the anti imperialist movement. Didn’t his covfefevirus obsession and accompanying adulation of CIA scum like Bolsonaro while attacking sites like Moon Of Alabama wake you all up?

  4. Hostage (Raptar) Driver says

It seems that Marco has gone over to the dark side?

  5. edwardi says

Okay I formerly was under the impression this is a pro Russia site. It is looking less and less like that all the time with these bogus stories. I am done here. Good bye.

    1. Ragheadthefiendlyterrorist says

This is a black propaganda anti Russia site pretending to be pro Russia while covertly peddling NATOganda, and Marjanovic is increasingly transparently a saboteur of the anti imperialist movement, something I pointed out months ago.

      1. TZVI says

For the record I am not pro any side here.

I do however believe that it is in Ukraine’s best interests to pull back from the abyss, avoid a war and implement the Minsk accords fully. It is also within the Human rights of people to speak their own language, it’s not just Russians, it’s also Poles and Hungarians who suffer in the Ukraine.

Right now they ( Ukraine) can’t do what Minsk calls for, because their laws were changed to forbid implementing the Mink accords. Where were these international Guarantors ( France and Germany) when this was done, why don’t they demand peace and stability in Europe…they are pulling another JCPOA, all for show.

LPR and DPR are under attack, and attacking right back ( right of self defense, a basic human right). Gas lines have been blown up shelling for 2 days now ( Hundreds in total), and other attacks…

I have no inside information, and neither does Marko on these events.

In the end even this site will be but a footnote , as one side will indeed do something atrocious both sides will blame each other, and we will be left scratching our heads. The propaganda screenplay has already been laid out at the UN, no matter what happens it is a Russian false flag…

    2. Ron says

This site is just another “Western uni-polar controlled” dis-information site. To quote Mike Whitney, “The Ukrainian crisis has nothing to do with Ukraine. It’s about Germany and, in particular, a pipeline that connects Germany to Russia called Nord Stream 2. Washington sees the pipeline as a threat to its primacy in Europe and has tried to sabotage the project at every turn. Even so, Nord Stream has pushed ahead and is now fully-operational and ready-to-go. Once German regulators provide the final certification, the gas deliveries will begin. German homeowners and businesses will have a reliable source of clean and inexpensive energy while Russia will see a significant boost to their gas revenues. It’s a win-win situation for both parties.
The US Foreign Policy establishment is not happy about these developments. They don’t want Germany to become more dependent on Russian gas because commerce builds trust and trust leads to the expansion of trade. As relations grow warmer, more trade barriers are lifted, regulations are eased, travel and tourism increase, and a new security architecture evolves. In a world where Germany and Russia are friends and trading partners, there is no need for US military bases, no need for expensive US-made weapons and missile systems, and no need for NATO. There’s also no need to transact energy deals in US Dollars or to stockpile US Treasuries to balance accounts”.

        How wrong could you be?

  6. EstibenDelMar says

I agree it is a huge leap forward, morally and ethically speaking, that nobody has been killed for the sake of getting an excuse for killing more people. Back in the days, a bus full of ppl would fall off of a bridge killing everyone inside.

  7. EstibenDelMar says

cant understand the hysteric comments about this article being pro nato. It seems criticizing Putin rightly or wrongly is synonym of being pro nato… At least they have evolved a lil bit. Back in the days, criticizing Stalin rightly or wrongly meant either the goulags or a shooting squad.

  8. greenwoodpecker says

Who bombed Belgrade for 78 days? Who bombed Iraq? Who Bombed Libya? Who bombed Syria? Who has their armies along the borders of Russia? Who instigated the trouble in Ukraine? Who overturned its legitimate government? Is Russia sending nuclear-capable bombers around the USA, or NATO countries for that matter?
Europe abounds with troops and weaponry from the USA.
Ordinary folk, like many of us, don’t KNOW the truth, but neither are we stupid. Many of us have long memories, and good ones.
Russia may not be all good, but the USA is the biggest aggressor of recent times.

    1. Mr Reynard says

Question ? Who bombed Belgrade for 78 days? Who bombed Iraq? Who Bombed Libya? Who bombed Syria?
That’s is easy ?? as according to Stolenburger from ZATO , Boris, Joe Dementia, Justine, Macrotte .. Russian did it ?? They camouflaged their Aircraft with ZATO emblem, so that the peaceful free western democracies & ZATO get the blame ??
      Trust me ??
I am a “respected” intelligence analyst, would I lie to you ??

  9. Pat says

This article doesn’t make any sense. Theres no context, evidence or logic to this.

So the FSB are attacking themselves so that the “free press” will suddenly side with Russia – fat chance. Presumably the 20,000 who have been killed all killed themselves Epstein style and the Nazi nato gang refuse to comply with peace agreements and have attacked on three previous occasions because the care about “Human rights”

So whats happening with anti-empire ! has it been infiltrated or has it gone down the dark side and decided to commit suicide.

  10. ken says

One would think “Anti-Empire” would be a little interested in the fascist going on’s in Canada.

    Just saying…

  11. peterinanz says

Mr Marjanovic, I have to say that I’ve found your writings about the topic the best on the Internet.

    Compliments, really.

I know It’s not easy to keep that level of objectivity and integrity. I do hope you’ll fend of the usual trolls and fanboys and keep the quality as it is now.

    All the best.

  12. peterinanz says

    One suggestion, if I may.

You’ve been describing the Russian land forces deployment through battle groups. A battalion with attachments.

Would it be possible to go a level, preferably two, up, in those descriptions?

    Brigade here..brigade there.
Brigade “Alpha12” is deployed “here”, consisting of 1 armored, 3 mechanized battalions, 2 heavy artillery batteries…..

The best would be Corps level. Say…. “Corps 123” is being deployed here, “Corps 456” has been deployed there. Corps 123 has 3 mechanized brigades, one artillery brigade…etc…etc.

    Just a suggestion.

  13. Nunja Piznes says

Well , time to move on. This site has lost its objectivity.

What does FSB stand for. It’s always nice to define it the first time used in an article. AS THE WHEELS FALL OFF THE PLANDEMIC AGENDA THE GLOBALISTS ARE NOW STARTING A WAR WITH RUSSIA
