Suicide Car Bomb Hits Russian-Turkish Patrol in Jihadi-Held Syria, 3 Russians Wounded
Erdogan agreed to patrols in Moscow in March, the jihadis he bailed out have other plans
The Putin-Erdogan agreement on Idlib of March 5th presupposes a cease-fire and a stop to Syrian army offensive against the Turkish-backed jihadis at the price of a demilitarized zone around the M4 highway that cuts through Islamist-held territory, and Russian-Turkish patrols along its length to eventually secure it for civilian traffic.
It doesn’t seem as if Idlib jihadis organized around Al-Qaeda are much interested in honoring what Turkey signed.
