BREAKING: The FBI Has Found No Evidence of Election Fraud After Not Looking for It
Attorney General William Barr said that the Justice Department has found no evidence of widespread fraud in this year’s election after not looking for it.
“After an exhaustive couple weeks of not doing a damn thing and sitting our butts, we’ve haven’t found any evidence of widespread fraud,” Barr said.
Trump has refused to concede his election loss to the most popular presidential candidate in US history Joe Biden. Major media and technology companies haven’t found any evidence of fraud.
Now, in an interview with the AP, the attorney general says the Justice Department hasn’t found any evidence after not looking for it too.
“To date, we have not seen fraud on a scale that could have affected a different outcome in the election,” Barr said. “Our crack team of agents have looked in their refrigerators, under their beds, and other places that wouldn’t conflict with social distancing protocols, and they haven’t found anything worth noting. One agent found some dirty socks she thought she’d lost but that was it.”
Trump’s legal team of Rudy Giuliani and Jenna Ellis immediately pushed back against Barr’s comments.
“With all due respect to the attorney general, there hasn’t been any semblance of a Department of Justice investigation,” they said in a statement.
They said they had gathered “ample evidence of illegal voting in at least six states,” which they said the department had not examined.
“It’s not that we haven’t held an investigation, it’s that we haven’t dared to hold an investigation because justice and stuff,” Barr added.
