Isolation for the elderly over 65 is introduced in Tatarstan
The compulsory isolation regime for citizens over 65 years old is introduced on October 11 for those who have not been vaccinated against Covid-19 or have not suffered a coronavirus infection in the last six months. The head of the press service of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Lilia Galimova told Tatar-inform about this.
It will be possible to leave the place of residence and stay only in limited cases:
- seeking emergency (urgent) medical care and other cases of other direct threat to life and health;
- following to the place of vaccination against coronavirus;
- following to the nearest place of purchase of goods and services;
- removal of waste to the nearest waste accumulation site.
Walking or walking pets are allowed at a distance of no more than 100 meters from the place of residence, while it is not allowed to be in places of mass stay of people. Such workers must switch to teleworking, or the employer must take other measures to ensure that these restrictions are met for people 65+.
