Americans Are Smashing Computers and Ripping Out Telephones From Walls in Kiev Embassy Evacuation

Editor’s note: Imagine if every time the Americans attack a country everyone smashed their embassy?

The U.S. is closing its embassy in the Ukrainian capital of Kyiv and relocating operations 340 miles west to Lviv near the Polish border, as allies warn that an attack by Russian forces on Ukraine may be imminent.

Secretary of State Antony Blinken described the relocation as a temporary move to protect embassy staff.

“These prudent precautions in no way undermine our support for or our commitment to Ukraine,” Mr. Blinken said. “Our commitment to Ukraine’s sovereignty and territorial integrity is unwavering.”

As part of the move, the State Department ordered the destruction of networking equipment and computer workstations and the dismantling of the embassy telephone system, according to U.S. officials familiar with the matter and internal communications reviewed by The Wall Street Journal. Those moves render the Kyiv embassy inoperable as a diplomatic facility.

On Sunday, 56 embassy workers and the embassy’s classified materials arrived at Dulles International Airport near Washington, the internal communications said.

The State Department said it had taken all necessary precautions to protect classified materials as part of the drawdown.

A day earlier, the U.S. Embassy in Kyiv said most of its diplomats had been ordered to leave Ukraine amid the acute threat of a Russian attack, with only a core group of diplomats staying behind in Lviv. A senior U.S. official had maintained, however, that the embassy would remain open in Kyiv and the State Department wasn’t suspending operations of the embassy.

Mr. Blinken on Monday spoke with his Ukrainian counterpart, Dmytro Kuleba, and assured him that the U.S. remained committed to Ukraine’s long-term economic stability and security.

The Embassy in Kiev is huge and new so I wouldn’t think their computers are that old. It would make a nice compound for the FSB tho.

According to the comments on Youtube this video is from 15 or so years ago, not actual footage from inside any diplomatic compound. The video is titled “Man Destroys Computer”.

Looks like this site is the new Fort Russ. Everything,,, Everything! Russia does is now in some way a war threat to Ukraine. The hysteria is complete with pictures of old IBM computers and analog crt’s (monitors) that haven’t been in use by Western governments in twenty or more years.

Everywhere in media it’s “The Russians are coming,,, The Russians are coming”. It seems many are praying for a hot war as much as they prayed for the fake pandemic. The old “if it bleeds, it leads”…

Why would Putin invade when most everyone is leaving Ukraine with just the threat of invasion,,, the theme of war coming from the main instigators in the world,,, the fukus group,,,,France, the UK and US.

Apparently it sells well,,, I personally don’t think Russia wants to invade the ghetto that Ukraine has become, now on Western life support.

To me it appears to be all theater. So many frightened Westerners are leaving Ukraine they might as well just sign the deed over to Russia.

I give a Russian invasion a 1 in 10 chance and then only if aggravated enough but it does show the other nations bordering Russia just how fast Nato and the US can leave if threatened.

And even if they did,,, it might be a good thing,,, Maybe the Russians would eliminate the Nazis the West are hell bent on supporting (like they did prior to WWII) and help the people out of their Western designed hell hole. After all,,, you don’t see the People of Crimea protesting to return to Ukraine.

“Our commitment to Ukraine’s sovereignty and territorial integrity is unwavering.” Meanwhile, unvetted illegals continue to pour across America’s southern border, showing not the lest concern for our national sovereignty or territorial integrity. Ain’t hypocrisy great?

L.O.L. take a GOOD look at the PC in this picture and the monitor, are we really expected to accept this ancient junk is actually being used in an American embassy these days ? If that’s the case, I can understand why Americans are so fearful of the Russians who are so far ahead of them in the technology, same goes for the Chinese. C’mon people, if your going to post pics, make sure you get the era right.
